Mildzy provides a multi-channel messaging proxy service for businesses using Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp. We act as a Data Processor to facilitate communication between businesses and their customers.

1. Data We Access (Meta Platform Data)

We process data provided through the Meta Graph API and WhatsApp Business API:

Instagram & Messenger: Message text, media, and App-Scoped User IDs (ASIDs).
WhatsApp: Message content and the user's verified phone number.
Metadata: Timestamps, read receipts, and delivery status across all channels.

Important: AI & Data Usage
We do not use Platform Data to train AI models (LLMs), nor do we sell or use message content for advertising or user profiling.

2. Purpose of Processing

Data is used exclusively to route messages to the business's dashboard and maintain a temporary chat history for the business owner's reference. We do not track users across non-Meta apps.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We follow a strict data minimization policy. Message logs are retained for a maximum of [30/60] days. Users may trigger immediate deletion by removing the app from their Meta account settings or by contacting us.
