Terms and Conditions

        App Details: Mildzy is a messaging middleware/proxy designed for Business Accounts to manage communications across Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp via a centralized interface.
    

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your Meta Business Assets (Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp) to Mildzy, you agree to these terms. If you are using this app on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Service Provision (The Proxy)

Our service acts as a technical intermediary. We facilitate the transmission of messages between Meta’s platforms and your designated endpoint. We do not modify the content of the messages sent or received.

3. Login and Permissions

When you use the Meta Login Dialog to authorize Mildzy, you grant us permission to:

Access your Business Profile information.
Read and manage your professional messages ( instagram_manage_messages, pages_messaging, and whatsapp_business_messaging).
Access metadata required for message delivery.

4. Prohibited Use

Users of this proxy service agree NOT to:

Send spam or unsolicited marketing messages in violation of Meta’s policies.
Use the service for any illegal activities or to transmit harmful content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer the proxy headers or bypass Meta’s rate limits.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided "as-is." Since we rely on Meta’s APIs, we are not responsible for service interruptions caused by Meta Platform outages or changes to their API structures.

6. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by revoking the app’s access in your Meta Business Suite or App Settings. Upon revocation, our proxy will cease to function for your account immediately.
